About LMBALMBA was found on December 4, 2001 by 23 founding members. Now Lithuanian Research Library Consortium has 47 members. GoalsThe main objectives of the Consortium are: promoting of the creation of virtual libraries, preparation and implementation of advanced technology and innovative projects in the libraries; subscription to electronic databases for Consortium members and other libraries. MembersLithuanian Research Library Consortium has 47 members. List of members BoardThe Board of the Consortium directs the activity of the Consortium between General Meetings.
The members of the Board are elected for two years at the General Meeting by
open vote. The head of the Board of the Consortium is a President, elected by
