The 41st LIBER Conference

On 27-30 June 2012 the 41st Annual Conference of the Association of European Research Libraries [1] (LIBER) was held in Tartu (Estonia), and was attended by Emilija Banionyte, LMBA President. Emilija Banionytė, as a member of the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition (SPARC Europe) Council of Directors, took part in the meeting of the Council of Directors, arranged during the mentioned Conference.
