Debate on the Draft Amendments in the Law on Copyright and Related Rights

 In November – December 2011 the drafted amendments of certain Articles of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights regulating the activities of some libraries were being intensively discussed. Their compromise wording was agreed upon after the negotiations among librarians, publishers and organizations protecting the rights of the disabled.
