EIFL General Assembly in Riga

11-14 November 2015. Aušra Vaškevičienę, LMBA Head of Administration and Head of LNL Electronic Information Department, Dr. Gintarė Tautkevičienė, LMBA Open Access Coordinator and Director of KTU Library, Jevgenija Ševcova, LMBA Databases Manager, Irena Kuzminskienė, Head of Open Access and Scholarly Communication Department of LEU Library, and Aistė Pranckutė, Senior Information Manager of KTU Library, took part in the EIFL General Assembly in Riga.
Aušra Vaškevičienė made a report about the establishment and activity of the LMBA, Jevgenija Ševcova disseminated experience in organizing and conducting training depending on its demand, and Dr. Gintarė Tautkevičienė and Aistė Pranckutė presented various training programs initiated by the KTU Library. Aušra Vaškevičienė and Jevgenija Ševcova met with the Publishers’ representatives and discussed the situation, which occurred after the expiry of the subscription period and access by the LMBA member libraries.
