11:00 – 11:30 a.m. Refworks novelties – Gregory Judelson, Proquest Sales Manager;
11:30 – 12:00 a.m. Presentation of a new Refworks platform – Gregory Judelson, Proquest Sales Manager;
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Discussion on the efficient use of Refworks and its presentation to users.
